As I stated before a buyin is 100 big blinds which is the maximum amount that you can put on the table in most online cash games. So these are my poker bankroll management recommendations for each limit in online poker: 1c/2c: $100. 2c/5c: $250. 5c/10c: $500. 10c/25c: $1250. 25c/50c: $2500.
The same is true for 5nl or any other game that can be bought in for more than 100bb. I just look at it as "XNL" where "X" = 100 big blinds. 2NL = 1c/2c blinds, 100NL = .5c/$1 blinds & 1000NL = $5/$10 blinds etc. The number is always 100bb, which is the standard max buy-in online at most stakes.

I believe for NL tables their max buy in is 100 BBs unless stated otherwise (ie deep stack tables). So take the [X]NL, divide by 100 and you will get the BBs at any particular stake. 10 NL = .05/.10 NL ... max buyin for that limit is 10 bucks ... 100NL = .50/1.00 NL ... max buyin for that limit is 100 bucks...

Just realize that bluffing is tilting at the micros, and you're just throwing money away. Once you get to 50NL you can bluff a little, but till then take it easy. They're not folding. At worst they lose 10 cheeseburgers, bottom pair is worth more than 10 cheeseburgers to these people. At the very least, never bluff because you feel like bluffing.

10NL Zoom Winrate - 6bb/100. 25NL Zoom Winrate - 5bb/100. 50NL Zoom Winrate - 4bb/100. 100NL Zoom Winrate - 3bb/100. There are two main things to point out here. First off, poker win rates always decline as you increase the stakes because the competition gets better and there are less and less totally clueless fish.
Perhaps you suck at poker and need to work on your game. Like I did. 4. The variance is so high at the micros, I would be better off moving up. No. A thousand times no. Poker equals high variance. Variance is why the fish donate. And variance tends to favor poker losers in the short run and decent players in the long run.
Micro Stakes Poker Definition: The 'micro stakes' by the way typically refers to NL2 to NL50 cash games online. These are the 1c/2c blind cash games on through to the 25c/50c blind cash games. If you play tournaments, micro stakes poker tournaments typically refers to the $1 through $20 buy-in games online.
If you're at a table full of 35/5 players, yeah. That rarely happens though. There's just as many (if not more) TAGs and LAGs grinding at 50NL that will exploit ABC. It doesn't suck at 50NL but it's not ideal. I don't think there is a massive jump where this advice is gold at 50NL and sucks at 100NL.
